When you fill in our form, you need to give your consent for us to process your personal data. Here we will describe how we intend to process your personal data, what the purpose is and on what legal basis. This is so that you can feel confident that we process your personal data with the utmost care for your integrity and in accordance with the GDPR.

By filling in our form, you agree to this policy. So what does it mean?

We temporarily store the personal data you enter for the purpose of processing your request, question or other reason for contacting us. As it is optional (and in the context of some or our services relevant) to include personal data that may be related to your health, our legal basis to be allowed to process your information that is needed by GDPR this is that you give your consent.

We never share your data with anyone else without obtaining your  consent again and we only keep it for as long as it is relevant to us. This may be until we are informed that you do not wish to work with us or do not think you expect any further contact from us after our work is finished and timeperiod afterwards.

We treat your personal data with the utmost care and do not share it with anyone you unless we ask for consent and you agree. The purpose of that may be, for example, to get in touch with a potential back-up doula or any other professional person that you have an interest in getting in touch with. 

One foundation for our work is that we observe confidentiality (i.e. we do not talk about you/your family in a way that makes it possible to identify you) and protect your privacy very strictly.

If you hire us as a doula, we save the information in the form until it is no longer relevant to our work.

In the agreement that we sign in connection with booking, you get more information and the opportunity to consent to us further processing the information you have given us access to and other information we continuously receive with the aim of being able to support you as a doula. You may also consent to us sharing the information you give us with the person we propose and later decide should be your back-up doula.

You can withdraw your consent to us processing some or all personal data at any time, but this must be done in writing and digitally (e.g. by e-mail). This may mean that we can no longer continue our mission as doulas to support you. In that case, it counts as a termination of the agreement and the same conditions for termination apply as otherwise.

For other services, we process your data as long as it is relevant to the service you show interest in or purchase.
