Doula at birth
Get support from a doula before, during and after birth. Find out more about the different packages and how to book.
Postpartum doula
Receive support from a postpartum doula in your home during the very first period with a new baby. The support can include help with emotional and physical rehabilitation, practical support, processing the birth experience, help with reading your baby's signals and finding a rythm + more.
CHILDBIRH PREPARATION COURSE
Join our childbirth preparation course privately or in a group, on-site or online. The course aims to provide both the pregnant person and the support person with tools and tips for having a more positive and calm birth experience.
MOTHERBLESSING
A motherblessing ceremony is a way for friends and family to celebrate and honour the pregnant woman with the aim of being strengthened for the birth and motherhood.
CLOSING THE BONES
Closing the bones is a postpartum ceremony and bodywork session given by tho doulas using mexican rebozos. The aim is to help the body close and restore itself after pregnancy and childbirth.
HYRA TENS
Rent a TENS machine for pregnant women to use in birth and pick it up in central Stockholm. TENS is a natural pain relief method that can be used during childbirth.
