I am passionate about giving families the best possible conditions for a positive birth - on their terms.

I never cease to be fascinated by the inner strength of women and the intelligence of their bodies. My wish is to inspire the same fascination with birth and trust in the body in the families I work with.

A birth is so much more than just a medical event and as a doula, I specialize in the experience - making sure you have the safest, calmest and most memorable experience possible.

I have great confidence in the body's ability to give birth if we give it the right conditions.

For that, you need to feel deeply secure with familiar people who believe in you, know what you want and actively support you to relax and be present in your body and in the moment. There also needs to be a completely calm and safe atmosphere around you for you to be able to "go inward" and focus entirely on giving birth.

In my work, I start from Birthing without fear, Hypnobirthing, Rebozo technique, Active baby/spinning baby. I am trained through the comprehensive doula training 'Doula with body and soul' and am also trained in rebozo technique, including by the traditional Mexican midwife Angelina Miranda Martinez.

I have worked as a doula both at home birth, all clinics in and around Stockholm, including the new Capio st. Görans, Södertälje and Uppsala and at caesarean sections.
