Our mission is to help as many people as possible experience safe, empowering, and positive births.
We support families throughout their entire journey—from pregnancy to birth and the postpartum period—based on their unique circumstances and wishes.
Our main services include doula support during childbirth in Stockholm, as well as prenatal classes offered both individually and in groups in Stockholm or online.
Our work is always based on warm and empathetic support, with your experience and sense of security at the forefront.
Hanna Pauser
My name is Hanna, and I run Doulabyn. I’ve been working as a doula for five years and live in Ekerö, just outside Stockholm, with my family.
My journey to becoming a doula began during my own pregnancy. I read every book I could get my hands on, and it sparked a deep fascination with childbirth. This led me to train as a doula in 2021 through the “Föda med kropp och själ” program.
I am constantly continuing my education, but the most valuable knowledge has come from accompanying families throughout the entire process and witnessing women’s incredible innate abilities.
For me, it’s important to help create an atmosphere that’s as safe and accepting as possible—one where you can feel that anything goes, follow your feelings, and feel completely supported and accepted in that process.
A network of doulas
We always work in pairs for every birth, with a primary doula and a backup doula.
If we are unable to accept you as clients, we can help you find a doula who meets your needs.
